Tell your realtor or tell your escrow agent that you would like to make a contribution at closing.

Donate Online

For donations over $1000 please send a check.

Mail a Check

Make a check payable to SVRG Community Housing Fund, indicating which program the donation should be designated to and mail it to P.O. Box 1937, Ketchum, Idaho 83340.

Donations made without indicating a program will be split evenly among all current programs.

Contributions are 100% tax-deductible. Consult your CPA for tax advice. 

Current Programs

  • ARCH Community Housing Trust

    ARCH’s mission is to develop safe, permanently affordable housing for persons of low to moderate-income and to work with all interested public and private parties towards this objective. The Community Housing Trust has partnered with ARCH to raise funds for the construction of workforce housing in Blaine County.

  • Blaine County Charitable Fund

    Blaine County Charitable Fund’s mission is to create stable and resilient communities in Blaine County. The Community Housing Fund has partnered with Blaine County Charitable Fund provide to provide workforce housing assistance by bridging the gap in a buyer’s down payment, buying down an interest rate to make a loan more affordable, or contributing towards closing costs.

  • Wood River Community Housing Trust

    Wood River Community Housing Trust’s mission is to acquire or develop affordable rental housing for the middle-income workforce. The Community Housing Fund has partnered with the WRCHT to fund workforce rental units for the middle-income segment of residents in Blaine County, Idaho.
