Tell your realtor or tell your escrow agent that you would like to make a contribution at closing.
Donate Online
For donations over $1000 please send a check.
Mail a Check
Make a check payable to SVRG Community Housing Fund, indicating which program the donation should be designated to and mail it to P.O. Box 1937, Ketchum, Idaho 83340.
Donations made without indicating a program will be split evenly among all current programs.
Contributions are 100% tax-deductible. Consult your CPA for tax advice.

Blaine County Charitable Fund’s mission is to create stable and resilient communities in Blaine County. The Community Housing Fund has partnered with Blaine County Charitable Fund provide to provide workforce housing assistance by bridging the gap in a buyer’s down payment, buying down an interest rate to make a loan more affordable, or contributing towards closing costs.
