With the support of Sun Valley’s local title companies, every time a Realtor opens escrow, Buyers and Sellers will be asked:
Does the Seller, Buyer, Realtor or broker want to help with the workforce housing problem in the Wood River Valley by designating at closing a contribution to the Sun Valley REALTORS Give Community Housing Fund?
Every dollar donated to the Sun Valley Community Housing Fund is distributed to entities creating workforce housing opportunities for essential workers in the Wood River Valley so they are able to live and thrive in or near the community where they work.
Administration of the Fund is made possible by Sun Valley REALTORS Give. In turn, Sun Valley REALTORS Give’s commitment to workforce housing is leveraged by the expertise of non-profit workforce-housing developers and other organizations with a demonstrated track record of success and who share the goals of Sun Valley REALTORS Give.

ARCH Community Housing Trust
PROVIDING WORKFORCE HOUSING FOR PURCHASE
ARCH’s mission is to develop safe, permanently affordable housing for persons of low to moderate-income and to work with all interested public and private parties towards this objective. To date, ARCH has delivered over 140 units of workforce housing with over 45 currently under construction, secured over $26 million in federal housing dollars, and leveraged over $7M of private donations to deliver housing for our community.
The Community Housing Fund has partnered with ARCH to raise funds for the construction of workforce housing in Blaine County.
At this time, ARCH is raising funds for the Ellsworth Inn development in Hailey, with a matching grant in place. All Community Housing Fund donations will be matched at 50%.

Blaine County Charitable Fund
PROVIDING DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE
Blaine County Charitable Fund’s mission is to create stable and resilient communities in Blaine County. They envision a community where all people can maintain stability in times of crisis, and where shared resources and knowledge helps to ensure all can thrive. Blaine County Charitable Fund was created during the pandemic and exposed the vulnerability of many in our community to withstand the pandemic or any future life crisis.
The Community Housing Fund has partnered with Blaine County Charitable Fund to create the Down Payment Assistance program. The program provides workforce housing assistance by bridging the gap in a buyer’s down payment, buying down an interest rate to make a loan more affordable, or contributing towards closing costs.

PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR BLAINE COUNTY VETERANS & THEIR FAMILIES
Sun Valley REALTORS Give's Veteran Housing Fund provides a range of assistance to promote sustainable housing solutions for Blaine County Veterans and their families.
For years, this program has provided Veterans with support in rent, down payment assistance, moving expenses, rental search, adapting homes for disabilities, and major home repairs. Community support helps to ensure that the nationwide epidemic of Veteran homelessness never impacts our county. All of our efforts stay local and your donations go directly toward helping Veterans in Blaine County.

Wood River Community Housing Trust
PROVIDING WORKFORCE HOUSING FOR RENT
Wood River Community Housing Trust’s mission is to acquire or develop affordable rental housing for the middle-income workforce. WRCHT has built 12 units at the Skyview Residences and 27 units at the Saddle Loft Apartments in Hailey. Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency (KURA) has selected Wood River Community Housing Trust/deChase Miksis as the development team to move forward with a project at 1st St & Washington Avenue in Ketchum, which will be over 60 rental units.
The Community Housing Fund has partnered with the WRCHT to fund workforce rental units for the middle-income segment of residents in Blaine County, Idaho.
